AGREEMENT AND RELEASE FOR TALENT

            In consideration for the opportunity afforded to me, the undersigned, agree to participate in the production tentatively entitled  LOLvideos.com (the “Production”).  I, the undersigned, hereby grant Compulsive Pictures Inc., and any and all of their officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates and licensees (collectively, the “Company”), the irrevocable in perpetual right to use, as the Company may desire, all still and motion pictures and soundtrack recordings which the Company may make of me and my voice, including the right to use my likeness in or in connection with the exhibition, advertising worldwide and exploitation of the Production in any and all media, including internet use or other use of the Production.  I, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims and demands arising out of, related to or in any way connected with such use including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement or my rights of privacy and/or publicity, defamation, and any other personal and/or property rights.

            Also in exchange for the consideration set forth above, I, the undersigned, further hereby agree to release, hold harmless and forever discharge the Company from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, and/or compensation whatsoever that I might have, and/or that my estate, heirs and/or family may have against the Company arising from, related to or in any way connected with my participation in the Production, either on or off the premises of the Production including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury and/or property damage.

            I, the undersigned, understand that the Company has consented to my participation in the Production and is proceeding with the production, distribution and exploitation of the Production in reliance upon and under the inducement of the foregoing permission, promises and releases.  By executing this Release in the space provided below, I, the undersigned, agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Release.
